1. What types of tours do you offer?

We offer three types of Tours: Private, Small Groups, and Custom.

Private tours tours are for a minimum of two persons or more of a family. Tailored to the requirement of your family with private transportation. They’re well suited to the time-strapped and wishing to leave all aspects of the travel to Make Holiday Plans.Com

Small Group Tours Tours place you with other travelers, operate on a pre- scheduled calendar, and are designed to provide an opportunity to engage with both the guide as well as other travelers in your group. We find they work well for singles, couples, Senior Citizens and small family who enjoy company of others and willing to share accommodation and site-seeing in combined coach.

Custom tours are just that: customized so you see exactly what you want, on your own schedule, by either stitching together a series of our private tours or creating something entirely personalized. Best suits Honeymoon couples.

2. What happens if I need to cancel my trip?

For most of our services we need at least 15 days advance notice for cancellation, at which time we will refund 50% of the original purchase price. Please check our itineraries for cancellation rules and refunds as it may vary for different tours/Hotels/Countries. You will find the specific policy for each service listed along with its description on the website, and in your confirmation. Items cancelled within 7 days days are not refundable. 3. How will I contact my Guide/Local Representative of the country I am visiting?

All our Travellers are provided vouchers for Hotels.Airport Transfers/Sightseeing/Tickets with all details and contact No’s of local representative and emergency No’s to contact us directly.

4. Can I add tours, services, or additional participants to my tour once I arrive or just before commencement of tour?

We'd be happy to work with you on any last minute additions of tours, services, or tour participants, though we do require payment in advance by credit card. If you'd like to make any changes or additions to your plans at any point before or during your trip. While it is easy to add Activities in your destinations, Hotel Bookings, extension of your tour and change in flight tickets are subject to availability and terms of our vendors & Airlines.
